Our Hirepool Vehicle Rentals team provide expert advice to business, commercial, recreational travellers and NZ Government Agencies on a wide variety of transport options. Catering to both local short-term customers and larger long-term contracts, we meet the transport needs of everyone from big names in infrastructure, construction, film/TV and sporting events to independent contractors, casual weekend hirers.

As a Customer Service person you need excellent customer service and administration skills and a confident phone manner to field queries, provide advice, and put quotes and contracts together. At our branch in Henderson you're part of a small, hardworking team so you need to be prepared to help out across all areas of branch operations (i.e. vehicle deliveries and pick-ups, grooming and minor servicing).

What you'll do:

• Answer phones - provide sales advice and quotes
• Create contracts and complete transactions
• Coordinate and deliver/pick-up vehicles
• Office administration and customer account maintenance

What you need:

• Full Class 1 Driver Licence (a Class 2 is a great advantage)
• Mechanical interest and aptitude would be great
• Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Intermediate computer skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to work with a diverse array of people and build successful working relationships
• Willingness to work on a rostered basis - our branch is open Monday-Saturday.
