Our Hirepool Vehicle Rentals team provide expert advice to business, commercial and recreational travellers on a wide variety of transport options. Catering to both local short-term customers and larger long-term contracts, we meet the transport needs of everyone from big names in infrastructure, construction, film/TV and sporting events to independent contractors, casual weekend hirers.

As a Customer Service/Groomer you need excellent customer service and communication skills and a confident phone manner to field queries, provide advice, and put quotes and contracts together, as well as ensuring our vehicles are well maintained and ready for hire. At this branch you will need to be able to work autonomously, show great attention to detail and have excellent time management skills. From time to time you may be required to help out across all areas of our branch operations.

What you'll do:

  • Create contracts and complete transactions
  • Coordinate and deliver/pick-up vehicles
  • Manage maintenance and damage effectively
  • Keep the branch's vehicle fleet groomed to the highest standards
  • Ensure all the necessary compliance checks are carried out
  • Answer phones - provide sales advice and quotes

What you need to have:

  • Full Class 1 Driver Licence (both manual and automatic) & Class 2 desirable
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Intermediate computer skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Willingness to take ownership
  • Able to work with a variety of people and build successful working relationships

Hirepool operates a 7-day business, so some weekend work will be required
